Frustration

its been 3 months since i got my new explora and it started to say hard drive ******* and it does not pick up the volume from the remote. what the hell is happening at multichoice? My account aswell does not show the correct payment plan every month its a different issue..... i need a answer but when i call they just say we will email you when the problem is solved...i guess its time part ways
