Frustration

PR Loots id no ********** 042085.On the 23rd November 2018 I app**** for a black friday special on a explora decoder.I was approved the same day.They said delivery of the system will take 5 to 7 working days.I still havent received it.After numerious phone calls I was transferd from the one consultant to the other.Every time a different promise was given to me.The sevice that I received was very poor.I am very disgusted with Multichoice.Can you please assist me in this matter.I dont know what else to do.I also have spoken to the management at Multichoice who assured me that the problem will be solved.Still no reply from them.
