Frustrating Streaming Issues – Fix This!

I've been trying to watch DStv Stream on my TV, but for the past three days, I can only access my "recently watched" channels. Whenever I try to view all channels, I get a "Whoops, something went wrong" error. This is beyond frustrating—I'm paying for a service I can't even use properly!

If this issue isn't fixed soon, I expect a refund. There's no point in paying for something that doesn't work. DStv, sort out your streaming issues before you lose more customers!
