Frustrating service

<p>My husband and I , we bought a decoder for R799 the one that come with installaton. We took it home to my my mother in law. Sme was bought in Cape Town and we bought it for my mother in law who lives in North West Kraaipan. When we requested for Multichoice to come and install it we were told that we should pay an extra 700 as we are in the rural areas. If we knew that this is what "Free installation"means we would have just gone for the R300 decoder. I am soo angry no jokes. I need for you to fix this as this is not what the box advises, the box says free installation it does not say anything regarding distance. My mother in law and kids were happy that they will be watching dstv only to be told that we should pay R700 extra no ways. I am not happy please sort this matter out. We are going back to Cape Town tomorrow and we are leaving unhappy becuase all my family in law has its just a dicoder in a box, a box that says "free installation"i am not happy at all and i hope this wil make you feel my anger. We are not going to pay extra R700 nor extra 1cent as thats not what we signed up for.
