I was reluctant to phone Multichoice this afternoon because of previous bad experiences. I need to connect my tablet/device to my decoder so that I can schedule recordings when I am not here. I explained this to the person who helped me and explained to her that the message that I saw on the tablet was that I must go onto the website. I have been doing this for most of the morning but have not had much success with solving my problem. She then said the I must hold on, which I did and after 5 minutes I cut the call. This has happened previously and as I mentioned my previous bad experience. If your staff don’t know how to help someone, rather tell them to tell the clients, and not just make you hold on until you drop the call. What the hell took her 5 minutes to sort out? I want this fixed.
