Frustrating Experience with Dstv Pricing

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my Dstv subscription. I was previously on the Access package, and when Dstv advertised the option to upgrade to the Compact package for an additional R100, I took advantage of it. However, instead of paying the expected R300 (all inclusive), I've been charged R600 this month and R800 last month.

I feel misled by MultiChoice's advertising, as the pricing I'm being charged doesn't match what I was led to expect. I'd appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
