Frustrating error on my screen

The past few days i have been getting error E48-32 its been a week now and there is no bad weather and all the cables are connected properly and functioning well... this is really frustrating i tried calling multichoice but i have been holding for ever, whats the use of paying multichoice if I don’t enjoy the benefits,
