Frustrating dstv multichoice

I wish there was another alternative I know off. Dstv is just ****. I've spoken to like 3 agents since 18h00 this afternoon, the one I'm currently speaking to is the 4th one and I am on the call right now as I am righting this review (30 minutes on the call, not counting the other calls) . The third agent is Bitc## she dropped the call on my ear, her name is NOMONDE. DSTV CAN YOU PHUCKING PLEASE ASSIST ME.
