FRUSTRATED!!!!

Absolutely disgusted in the service of dstv price lock they had debited a high amount from my account and they call it 'price lock' been on the phone with the call center number *** all morning no1 answers all the damn operator says all our agents are currently busy. Called Dstv direct and they are no help at all either all they do is escalate my issue to them. I am definitely cancelling my entire Dstv, besides being unfairly charged I'm paying to watch repeats which is so damn frustrating. I most definitely want my refund and WILL take this further.
