frustrated client

I'm a very frustrated client, I've been pushed from pillar to post with no way forward.<br> <br> I've been sending pop and no is getting back to me, I spoke to sifiso mogane and Julia mokoena they asked me to send them proof and I did, but no one got back to me and on my side it shows that the email went through.<br> <br> I want this sorted out as I don't have the patience anymore with you guys. This is ridiculous.
