FRUSTRATED BY THE LACK OF SERVICE

Good day,

Reference number to an ongoing query: ***6-i32

I requested an upgrade on my package from Compact to Extra. This was requested for last week already. I was told to pay in an amount of R440 to have the package upgraded of which we paid promptly. it is almost 7 days since that payment and 6 phone calls later and the services have not been upgraded because as per Zandile in your call centre, there is a technical issue.

not only am I frustrated by the lack of customer service, I cannot understand why DSTV cannot resolve my query. as service providers it is your responsibility to ensure timeous response to your clients but I am told that you do not allow your staff to call clients back!

I just want this matter resolved TODAY and I want to be compensated for the inconvenience caused as well as the amount of money spent on me trying to resolve a DSTV query!!!
