Frustrated by DSTV

This is the second time I’m writing about DSTV. You are totally disgusting to say the least. The only reason I’m still with you guys is because of my kids cartoons. I won a box office movie on the 22/08/21 and I was told to wait for 14 days for the movie to be allocated to me. On the 3/08/21 I spoke to your agent and he told me it’s not yet 14 days I should be patient. I waited and there was nothing. Yesterday that is 25/09/21 I asked again and I was told to rent the movie and they deduct it. When I checked my statement today I saw they added R40. And I told the agent about my issue but he told me that they was nothing that can be done as my movie expired on the 31st. How is this possible. I’m really frustrated as I can’t afford to add any amount on my bill times are tough. FIX this.
