I am posting again here cause you have not cancelled the Showmax and Disney + channels yet as promised and I owe R489. You guys made the agreement to provide me with a 3 months free subscription for Disney + showmax and then cancel it off from 1 August where I will only be paying R321 for my contract. I have posted here every month to remind you of the above. You have not made telephonic contact with me and just emailed to apologize. Sort this out today... remove showmax and Disney and leave my compact package price lock deal of 24 months for R321. I do not want to post here any again.

Go and listen to the call when the hello peter team called me on a Sunday and what they said to me... don't tell me unfortunately, you guys messed up, **** and sold a product to me... I only authorized Multichoice to debit my account for R321 and nothing more... send me all the call recordings now... I will send it to my legal team
