FRUSTRATED AND ANNOYED

Nelspruit has THE worst service ever!! If there was a worst service accolade, it should go to DSTV Call Center and the Multi Choice Nelspruit branch. I have been trying in vain to contact the branch and no answer. Does nobody work there or is it closed??? I have a problem with my PVR decoder and I need a replacement and nobody can assist me, not the call center and definitely not any store in Nelspruit. I spent a lot of money and time on these calls and internet access and the consultant on the live chat could not even assist me. What is the point in having those platforms if it isn't even helpful!!! All I want is to find out what is the replacement decoder for the PACE865, not one person is able to assist!! Why continue to employ *********** individuals who have no cooking clue what is going on and has no phone etiquette and does not know the meaning of customer service.
