Frustrated and Angry

After closing my personal account with DSTV, as I have taken up a commercial contract through the complex that I live in, but yet DSTV continue to debit me in my personal capacity. After I have no idea how many calls to DSTV, and each agent telling me a different story, and promising tomorrow, tomorrow you will get your refund, well tomorrow never comes. I am so angry and frustrated, and am at my wits end to get MY MONEY back from DSTV. Can't believe how many "terrible" ratings there are on hellopeter for DSTV just proves that they are NOT DOING THINGS RIGHT. Get your act together DSTV and refund the people that you owe money to. Will be interesting to see if I even get a response from DSTV !!!
