Frustrated

I'm so frustrated with dstv and their pathetic service. I just recieved a call saying I owe them yet the service is not active and not even installed. I've been calling them for 2 months now to resolve my query yet they still try to debit my account ***!!! Please come collect your goods I no longer want your service I'd rather do netflix
