frustrated

I saw an advert on tv where you can sms dstv and get the explora, delivery and installation. The first time I called it was to hear if they got my husbands sms, they wanted to speak to my husband as dstv is in his name, they did speak to him and he said they must continue the conversation with me his wife as he was in meetings. I was told it will take up to 5 days for delivery etc I then called back 2 days later to get told the request has been cancelled ..... they then wanted to speak to my husband again which they did and again he said speak to my wife. A week later I called again to hear what the progress was with the delivery and the agent spoke to my husband again and again my husband said speak to my wife, he also said you need to sort this out now as he is going to be out of the country and not available, I was told to expect a call later or the next day and all was good, the agent even took my number and said the agent will call me. This afternoon I get a call and its dstv wanting to speak to my husband to confirm the delivery .... HE IS NOT IN THE COUNTRY ..... I now have to wait another week before my husband gets home. check your recordings and confirm that way
