Frustrated

It has been months now, and my problem is still not sorted, I can still not watch a movie on box office and this is so frustrating. Being a loyal customer for over 20 years on a premium package this is the ultamate poor poor service I have ever recieved. I have made so many calls and there is just no manager to talk to.....pathetic!
