Frustrated
I record a program and then when I watch it, it gets cut off with 10 minutes left, so I miss the last 10 minutes of the show??? DSTV, Please get your timing right!!! Also, with regard to Box Office, although we get a few movies extra to the PVR, it is quite disappointing that all the movies that are quite pathetic (in my opinion) stay on for almost two months!!!! All the good movies are on for a week or two and the other ******* stays on for almost two months. WHY??? This was never told to me when I took out the Explora, so when there are good movies, we have to wait until all the ******* clears then watch one or two good movies. This is ridiculous!!! We pay a lot, not for ******* though, surely??

Please follow the steps listed below to enable you to record the last ten minutes of the show:
Kindly press the Help button on the right side of the remote control.
From the menu displayed on your TV screen, please use the arrow keys and scroll up to help and park on help.
Scroll using the right arrow to settings.
Scroll down to User preferences.
Select recording and press OK
Go to Safety Net Start , type in the number of minutes when should the show start to record.
Go to Safety Net End, type in the number of minutes to stop to the recording.
Please use the arrow keys to select the number of minutes.
On BoxOffice movies, agreements governed by the broadcasting rights have been reached with all major Hollywood studios, as well as most independent studios. The movies we have are the latest Hollywood blockbusters from a range of different genres, available at the same time or shortly after they are released on DVD. BoxOffice movies are generally released at the same time (or close to) as they become available for home rentals - usually 4 to 6 months after appearing in movie theatres.
