Frustrated

I logged a complained about my services keeps on getting suspended, they did connect me again, but that was it..we are connected. I cannot hire a movie, I cannot access Netflix or movies.do, and my dual view is still not working. I am so over DSTV.....I have never had bad service on this level before. Estelle
