Frustrated..

Is DSTv PriceLock becoming a ****.?I am on Compact PriceLock and have been debited R726 and still have an outstanding balance of more than R500.and I can't even get through to accounts. Apparently Dstv Customer service and PriceLock are two separate Departments. What is that.?
