Frustrated

Good day,I received an SMS promotional promise to say if I pay timeously for 3months,I will receive the 4th month for free.To date I'm still waiting after numerous calls and waistng my valuable time,getting nowwhere.i have resend the SMS for verification, spoken to many staff members who acknowledged the promotion, I've had no action or feedback.i feel betrayed and its false advertising and misleading for the customers.This behaviour and lack Is highly unprofessional and un bussines like.can someone please step in and help going foward with positivety .
