frustarted client

I am disgusted and dissapointed by the services of Multichoice wifi, I paid my wifi on the 5th July and my data on the 19th was gone when I ask them they say my data was depleted ,When I ask them to check into details they are sending me from pillar to post, I have been calling them since Friday till today still no solution, now yesterday a consultant that was able to check for me told me that my daily data was not loaded for this month and my night data also is not working . I have been on a call for more than and hour today with them still I have not yet been assisted. This affected my business badly and my kids can do their school project.THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING !
