From Pillar to Post
On the 19th of November around 14:00 I contacted Multi choice to get 2 decoders linked to my profile, as my main decoder had change had purchased another for extra view.
I spoke to the initial agent who advised that she is having troubles linking them and that I should wait and call back in about an hour while she escalates the matter . Little did i know that this would be the start of my 4 days back and forth communication with the service provider.
I indeed called back in an hours time to notify them that I still did not have viewing but was met with the same conclusion that they still could not link them and that they would once again escalate the matter. What makes matters even worse is having to explain myself every time I made a call because seemingly they do not have a note system to record what was previously discussed and every time, I dealt with a different consultant.
My complaint now also stems from the fact that I was billed for 4 days of viewing which I did not enjoy. I had mentioned that I should not be billed for days where I did not have viewing and the agents promised to be noting this down, which turned out to be lies. on the Tuesday when they finally managed to link me, I spoke to Snenhlanhla who promised that ALL the agents I had previously dealt with would be brought to book and would also get her manager to call me, which he did later that day but this yet again proved to be a load of hogwash.
It is now the 2nd of December and I have since not received ANY communication from multichoice but was expected to pay full premium. I would like Multichoice to pull all those recordings and listen to them so they can credit me ALL the hours of non - viewing because the fault was on their side.
