FROM MISSELLING TO FALSE SMS's

Just when you thought the "service" cant get any more pathetic.....

On 17 April, I wrote a review about misselling from DSTV (Multichoice), three weeks after the incident (and three weeks of continuous reporting it to them). Soon after that, I was assured that the matter would be addressed.

(The only time they bothered to pretend to be doing something about it, was when I posted it on this site...)

Today, FOUR weeks later......the matter is STILL BEING "RESOLVED" with continuous "apologies". I have received four sms' to date informing me that the installers (Magadgets Electronics) would be coming to do the installation. These false sms' are accompanied with links confirming time and dates etc. on their system....The absolute weird part is that for all four incidences (incl. today), whoever from DSTV keeps arranging these so-called installations does not even have the decency to check first whether the customer would be home. All they do is send FALSE sms' which I did report to them last week.

I have honestly never experienced such pathetic service on BASIC TASKS from a so-called established corporation.
