End of Feb I paid DSTV R2850 only to find out that they over charging me. They promised to refund me R455.52 which I had to fight for and never even got a cent from them. I sent them proof of bank details and proof of payment, they ended up requesting to see my bank statements which I refused to send. I finished my internet for contract and requested that it be cancelled they telling me about end of April. When I give them my cellphone number they telling me that’s not the number they have on their system and don’t want to give the number they have. I’m on Compact plus, Disney and PVR are disconnected. I’m not happy at all as I think there’s someone I’m paying the account for. I’m done with DSTV is this the last time the got a cent from me, this is daylight *******.
