Friendly, informed and patient.
I called the DStv call center on *** and got assisted by Nontobeko
She is a brilliant service consultant. As much as I didn't have all the information she required for her to assist me; she was extremely patient and didn't lose a smile on her voice. She held the line while I called for the full details.
