Free subscription ****

I purchased a decoder from game menlyn which comes with free 1 month subscription. Firstly it took them 2days to activate my account after been told they don't know of the deal. We then got the installer n got it activated on the 28th now on the 11th it git cut off. I called through to be told I had to activate it on the payment date I selected. Why wasn't this explained on the date of activation? Now I have to pay again for the dstv to be running in a space of a week that's a *******. I either want my refund on my purchase or for dstv to activate my channels I cannot pay twice that's nonsense , on top of that you spend your airtime holding on the phone to be told nonsense.
