They ***** your money I have app**** for pricelock the lady confirmed my amount will be just over R900 at the first they took an amount of over R3000 on my account you cannot phone or get hild of the price lock department as according to customer care they did a wrong billing. This is ***** as I did not agree to this.

I have spoken to a consultant by the name of Princess last Tuesday, 2/06/2020 she did a recon on my account and the Refund should be for more or less R2100 Rand and not R1900 as per your reply. She forwarded my refund to the finance department and told me I will have my money back by latest Monday. We are now once again one week later and still no refund.
I want my money back in my account before end of day today otherwise I will be forced to take this matter further.
I have spoken to a consultant by the name of Princess last Tuesday, 2/06/2020 she did a recon on my account and the Refund should be for more or less R2100 Rand and not R1900 as per your reply. She forwarded my refund to the finance department and told me I will have my money back by latest Monday. We are now once again one week later and still no refund.
I want my money back in my account before end of day today otherwise I will be forced to take this matter further.
