We have decided to cancel our DSTV. We phoned to cancel, but the operator said they cannot find the reference number we quoted that is on the bank statement with the debit order. They proposed we cancel it with the bank. Which we then did, only to find that when Multichoice realised the debit order was cancelled they submitted another debit order with a different reference number. In my view that is *****.
