**********ly and misleading people!

DStv is de*****ing and misleading people I have received an email on may for a promotion they were running saying If you upgrade to premium subscription you will pay R649 for 3 months witch I did on 10th of June. This month on the 5th July early mornings some of channels were on and of when I check my balance on my app it say I must pay R903 which I pay to save embarrassment for my kids. Now my PVR it’s not working I logged a complain since Tuesday they can help me the going around asking for proof of communication regarding that promotion or whatever which I provided. Hello Peter please help so that they honour their promises and warn other people about DStv! I’m fuming!!! I’m thinking of disconnecting my account Nx!
