I app**** for the dstv internet and I still didn't get the router. However you guys are saying it was delivered. And I'm already being billed for a device that's not in my possession.

Please cancel the order I'm not longer interested. I refuse to pay for services that I haven't received.

Apparently the router was delivered but I did not get it. Please cancel this contract as I have a 5 day cooling off period. I will not pay for something that I did not receive.

I hvae been sending emails and messages about this frustration, I have numerous references bit the issue ias till not resolved. This is my final plea to cancel this router and reverse the money you claim I owe you. I will go to Hello Peter if this is not resolved.
