********** transactions

Call Ref Nos: ********** /I22(8/03/2017); ********** /I126(14/042017) & ********** /I128(16/03/2017. Despite my Debit Orders being deducted for Jan & Feb 2017, non of which were reversed, it appears that somebody in DSTV decided to change my bank details to those of an unknown person. That person's account shows both Jan & Feb 2017 payments were reversed, whilst obviously enjoying the payments made by me. Noticing that no DSTV Debit order was deducted from my bank account, I telephoned to find out why. Only to be told that my service is being suspended! The 1st Call Centre lady, offered to update my banking details to which I rep**** that I have not changed these for 15 years, so why in 2017 have other details been aligned to my account? She was instructed to reinstate my information plus my DSTV service. She did reinstate my service then. However, nothing has been done to correct my payment information & records. On 8 March, DSTV deducted excess of my normal premium hence 2nd call to DSTV on 14 Mar 2017, the Call Centre lady informed me that the extra monies are due to my account being suspended! Nothing had been done to investigate why my bank details were suddently changed in Jan 2017! Spoke to a supervisor, on 14 Mar 2017 who promised to investigate & to listen to my previous tel call. She would phone me back. 17 Mar 2017, having had no call from the supervisor, another Call Centre lady checked on my records confirming that my account was in arears hence the additional debited charge. She had no idea who was the previous Supervisor (Pearl) & refused to give me the H/O direct tel no., to speak to a senior accounts manager. Said she would send an internal email to my previous Call Centre lady to find out who was the supervisor to whom I was transferred. Not allowed to copy me on that email. My guess is that somebody, with access to client banking details, is using ********** actions & that Multichoice are trying to cover up this fact. I am now going to stop my DSTV Debit order & make my own payments.

This is exactly the response I received from your Call Centre staff, who have still never come back to me. I even suspect that, when I am told to hold, for so long, whilst the operator checks details, that she just puts the call on hold whilst doing nothing to assist. I'm wondering if the supposed supervisor, Pearl, was in fact in that position or that her assurances to investigate my complaint, have ever happened? Neither she nor any other person promising to come back to me, has done so. All this since 8 March 2017. I see that other similar posts still have not been resolved. Surprise me, DSTV, by sorting out the faudulent accounting activities in your company!!!
