********** transaction from my account

It is terribly frustrating to deal with DSTV/Multichoice!!!.

I have been a subscriber of DSTV/Multichoice for the past decade and the payment was deducted monthly through a debit order.

An amount of R 11118.48 has been **********ly deducted from my account in January 2018. This was effected without my authorisation. After spending hours on telephone calls I became aware that DSTV had assigned an annual subscription to me(how generous of them!) without my request and drawn money from my account without authorisation. This is a ********** and treacherous business process which put me on terrible risk with the rest of my monthly payments!. The frustrating part was the customer helpline simply of no help at all and there was not a single responsible person who could give the answer and solve the problem.

After a long battle, I have received part of the payment in my account. I have requested for reimbur*****t of the bank charges and time wasted in finding an answer to the stressful period mainly spent in telephonic conversations, writing emails for a measly period of five hours. This is in no way a compensation for the ********** practice by DSTV but a token amount in recognising the trauma caused on me and to recognise that: . you have inconvenienced me by **********ly deducting money from my account . your delayed response and the response from people with no authorisation to solve the problem had prompted me to waste my working and family time in making phone calls and writing emails and listening to empty time-wasting conversations

I am still waiting for an amount of about R 5 000 to be paid into my account. Looking forward to a quick solution.
