False sales pitch I was sold an explora with an intention to save by company called OnAid TV that the R300 I'll paying will include subscription for compact. To my surprise Im currently paying R500 to Dstv & now got an sms saying that I must pay R320 for 2 exploras. Only one is installed as I only have one TV set. I have quiried this in March & request call recording as call are recorded, which hasn't been given, also promised copy of contract which never came. The call centre staff is ***********, I got a collections call yesterday & the guy didn't even want to listen to to me & escalate my quiry. Multichoice is selling its exploras via 3rd parties with false information & *****ing financially strained clients. I need this resolved before I stop all debit orders asap
