********** Netflix charges

Signing up for the price lock has been the worst experience ever!!! The decoder comes preloaded with app such as Netflix but assumes that the account you log into is yours. Every month since getting the decoder I need to call in, email and text to get the consultants to understands that I DO NOT HAVE A NETFLIX account which they continuously charge me for. This month has been even worse as the consultant I spoke to was even less interested and put me on hold for over 10 minutes to find out why DSTV has been able to get my refund resolved in a shorter timespan than she is promising. My emails went answered and ignored. I guess you are just as tired of me as I am of you
