I changed my compact to explorer a 24 months/ price lock contract. I asked the sales person about the Payment plan, he said to me i must pay R92 connection fee. On the 14th Sep 2022, Explorer was installed and i was charged 228 (received sms advise) by month end, which is the pro-rata, fine i paid, surprisingly my viewing has been stopped, when i call they tell me to pay R459, No sms, no warning nothing. My question is what am i paying for ? I asked the consultant about payment, and what is happening now is not the agreement we reached. I want multichoice to listen to our sale agreement, and i also want the recording to be send to me.
