I had a problem with my decoder I bought four years ago and when I went to claim for a new one I was told I only get the decoder and all the accessories I would have to buy myself now I am asking why am I paying insurance every month if it only covers the decoder and nothing else. All the accessories cost more then I would have rather saved my money any bought the newest model
