One of Multichoice's installers *****ed us and we reported them to Multichoice. We got contacted and ensured that our money will be refunded to us within a week. It's now been 2 months and have not got any refund yet. Multichoice is also ignoring all our emails and correspondence and not returning our phone calls. This is unacceptable!!!
