********** Dstv installer

I had a problem with my Dstv explorer,I called Dstv they advised it was a technical problem and I must call a technician,I went on gumtree and found a technician who listed himself as an accredited Dstv installer, by the name of (SCOTT INSTALLATION ********** 727/ ********** 662) he charged me the price of 850 for a 449 smart LNB and also a call out fee of 400 making a total of 1250 in total.I later found out it is retailed less at all retail stores,when I called him to tell him his LND is faulty and he overpriced me,and he insulted me,if this is what accredited technician or installers do to loyal Dstv subscribers then this is pure ****************. I reported to DSTV and my complaint number is ********** 1- I 210 the response I got back from DSTV was not satisfactory in calling this so called ********* of an accredited installer of theirs to order and I haven’t gotten any feedback from Dstv on this issue as well. I demand a follow up on this issue and a response from dstv
