********** Debits for Price Lock

Multi choice tried ***** on me on 01/10/2019, my price lock is R899 + R90 etra view which is R898 every month, but they tried to debit R1094 and i only had R1075 on my account, so now Standard bank charged me R61 for that, when i call the call center the agent hung up on me, when i go to live chat i was told it is escalated and i will get feedback within 24hrs, it's now 48hrs and no feedback, I paid them R989 by EFT and still waiting for feedback cause the agents didn't know why i was overcharged. I wan't a refund of the R61 standard bank charged me cause it is as a result of DSTV's ********** activities that i was charged that amount by my bank. Can they hire people who can do Maths please.
