********** debit order

Dstv has for the past 3 month been debuting my account when I am not even on debit order I am a cash payer, when I call to enquire no one know what is happening, I am sick and tired of being taken for a ride by thi *********** company, I am the one that is being each time this happens and no one can explain what is going on. I did not even authorize a debit order so this is a ********** debit on my account each month. I need someone to fix this mess immediately, just because you are running at a loss does not mean you need to be running ********** debits on clients accounts
