********** debit on deactivated account

Got debited for a deactivated account, queried it immediaty and suddenly they found an "active account" on my mail address but different bank card and then also cancels the account and nicely tells.me.I.will not be debited again (the debit is for use of the month ahead by the way which is now cancelled so I paid for nothing), but not giving back my R99. What is the R99 for then??? It's theft by a dishonest company. Chat service is useless because they don't respond. Will never sign up again and all Showmax accounts in our household will be cancelled immediately. Seems like DSTV really is in financial distress when they debit for deactiated accounts and not give the money back.
