********** change of ownership

Someone at Multichoice **********ly changed ownership of my decoder, I was told their ***** division is investigating. What should be a very simple investigation has been going on for about three weeks now, and everytime I ask about it I'm told they'll get back to me. My children have been without television this whole time.
