I signed up to the streaming only option for around R350 - it worked ok and could only get the basic channels but only wanted a few sport channels. When I looked at by cc statement I noticed close to R1100 had been debited. I complained to a useless agent who couldn’t even see I had paid after waiting over fifteen minutes. Couldn’t take it any more- so I’m cancelling and taking legal action but let this be a warning to anyone signing up to DSTV. A bunch of ******* with no victim support.
