********** behavior of Multichoice. Worst service ever. This is not how any business should treat their customers

This is the worst service ever. A month ago, I asked for a holiday home package to be activated and to be paid via debit order. I asked for the holiday home decoder to be switched off on the 21st of October. Today I called again to have my decoder switched on. They told me they couldn't activate the services because my package is a general package, not a holiday home. But it was switched off on the 21st of October. THUS I did not use the services from the 21st. They also told me that that I must pay for a full package because it is set up under a general package. I must pay R 1 200 before they can activate it again. I asked her why they did not take the debit order, and she said she does not know. I specifically asked for the payment to go off via debit order, So I asked for two things. For the package to be a holiday home package and the payment must go off via debit order. I think that Multichoice is ********* and **********. First, they overcharge me for something I did not want and did not ask for. Then they said I must first pay ( the total amount), for which I did not receive anything in return before they would activate the service. Now I am holding on for somebody to assist. This is ********* and **********. Does nobody listen to a word I said? Why did they not activate it as a holiday home? Why did they not take the debit order? The person who helped me name's is Lekona Mazino. She was not interested in helping at all. She just said she can't help me. She agreed that it was the fault of Multichoice. I asked her if it is ethical or *********. She did not answer me. My question is. What now. I arrived at my holiday home. I got the worst experience of my life. First, she wanted me to pay R 1 200 to activate a service. I refused because I did not use the service for two weeks. Then she said if I pay R 645.00, she will activate it. So now I paid R 645.00 from Nedbank to Nedbank. I do not understand how Multichoice can do business like this. It is ********** and ********* to overcharge a customer so blatantly. I want my Decoder to be activated today. It was not my fault. It was the fault of Multichoice, who employed someone who didn't listen to a word I said. I was completely ignored. Now I need to pay for that person's mistake. This is totally unacceptable. Please can somebody call me to sort this out? And please appoint employees who listen to what clients are asking for. And stop being so blatantly ********* when doing business.
