I wrote here last week for me to be called by one Ntando with an attitude who refused when i questioned his figures .i eneded up askong for my last year call recordimgs because he told me nothing but the lies.he even **** about my services being active between 29 June 2019 and 26 july 2019.why is dstv *****ing me. On the 27 June 2019 the attempted to debit R2748, 33 on my account unfortunately i had no funds .i even got an sms from them to pay this amount,even my bank statement has this amount .please ask dstv for me how did they jump from R2748, 33 ( which included July suspscription of R959) to R5000 plus balancr on the 25th of July with services suspended.even now im still waiting for a call from whoever Ntando escalated thus matter to,but now they have suspended my services because they want me to make payment arrangment of what i dont owe them.Nokuthula called me from call center she also said she escelated the matrer to consumer liasing officer who has never returned to her nor me.i am not gonna be *****ed by dstv,i refused.where are my recordings i requested?fortunately for my my phone still has all mt dstv recordings,they are not given my the one i requested because they wanna continue *****ing my account.so how do they suspend my account while themselves are still confuse because whoever i speak to gives me their side of the story.now dsrv cant tell me when my services werr suspended last year so how do they calculate the pro rata.and all these calls i requested have dates when my servicws were suspended unlike the lieas thay Ntando told me . I am not gonna make any payment arrangement on this rediculous balance thay they have cooked. If you wqnna suspend my seriveses in defiantely so be it
