********** applications by dstv agents

Dstv I am absolutely shocked that their is theft going on and you do nothing about it! A Dstv agent decided that she would send an application for dstv internet WITHOUT my permission. A router was delivered to me that I was not even aware about. I then called dstv and they told me that I app**** for this online???????. I was absolutely shocked that this ***** had happened and called dstv immediately to ask them to pick up this router that I never ordered. An agent called me and assured me that this would all be sorted out. The router was picked up in the next few days and again was assured by the agent that called me that I would not be billed and that they were sorry that this took place without my permission. Today I get a reminder to pay dstv and guess what... It is for that same internet package. They never canceled anything and I now I am sitting with a bill. Dstv you deserve to be sued, how can you allow such ********** behavior from your staff and on top of that make absolutely no intention in canceling something that I DID NOT ORDER. DISGRACEFUL IS NOT THE WORD FOR THIS COMPANY. I WILL GET THE POLICE INVOLVED IF THEY DON'T SORT OUT
