I asked one of your consultant on Twitter to reconnect my 2nd extraview decoder as I am home for the holidays. I paid R525.40 today for compact plus one extraview. So the consultant tells me no I can't have a primary and two extraview decoders, which has always been the case. I had the liberty to disconnect and reconnect from time to time the 3rd decoder as I am working outside my home. Now I looked at the bill I'm billed R1335.94 due on January 15, that is madness, I cannot pay three compact subscription while I had the damn expensive extraview connected, like what the hell. The debits that you guys are doing, just looking at my transaction with compact subscriptions and extraviews added is just madness. Please have this sorted out, this is the 2nd time now I have to resort to hellopeter after I was overbilled as well and the mistake was rectified and now you trying again.
