*****ulant activation of Decoders

Dear DSTV. I have a complaint about the appaling service I have been recieving from you. We get a call to get us to agree to price lock. We say no thanx... But a week later the person is at our door to deliver the pricelock decoder. We told him when he phoned to take it back as we did not want ir. Only to be billed the next month double and when asked why we got told the decoder was deliverd and activated by someone else. After various calls to try and sort this out... Nothing has happend to resolve the problem. We get promised ebery time that a senior person has the escilation problem and will call us. Still waiting. WAITING TO HEAR FROM YOU ASAP. OR I WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE ALTERNATIVE ACTION.
